Beschreibung

Pole-Technikkurs, bei dem jede Kursstunde einzeln buchbar ist (auch 5er und 10er Rabatt-Karten erhältlich). Hier trainierst Du Polefiguren und -kombinationen passend zu Deinem Kurs-Level bzw. Deiner Pole Erfahrung, ohne tänzerische Choreografie. Der Kurs ist für alle Schwierigkeitsstufen offen (Neueinsteiger, Bronze-Diamant: Beginner-Advanced), jede Teilnehmerin wird individuell betreut. Auch eine sehr gute Ergänzung zu unseren 6-Wochen-Kursen, wenn Du z.B. eine bestimmte Polefigur nochmal gezielt üben und Deine Technik verbessern möchtest. Ebenso kannst Du hier auch bei den 6-Wochen-Kursen versäumte Kursstunden nachholen. Jede Trainingseinheit á 60 min ist in sich abgeschlossen, so dass bei diesem Kurs der Einstieg jederzeit möglich ist.
